New Year’s Resolution eBooks

Now that the holidays are over, your thoughts may be turning towards that anticipated (and sometimes dreaded) New Year’s Resolution. Your local public library has a large selection of books and DVDs on diet and exercise but I wanted to highlight a few eBooks from our 3M Cloud Library collection: The Paleo Diet is more popular than ever.
